Partnership model

For integrators, OSS/BSS vendors and MVNEs Partners

Mobees is fifteen people with deep protocol engineering and a product set that sits below the OSS/BSS line. We do not have a global sales organisation and we are not going to build one. The way our products reach operators is through partners who already have the account.

  • Zero portfolio overlap — we are not an OSS/BSS vendor and never will be
  • White-label and resale, under your brand and your paper
  • L1 and L2 with you, L3 protocol escalation with us
  • OPEX and subscription pricing that fits inside your commercial model
  • Source-code escrow offered as standard, not as a negotiation concession

The gap we fill in a partner portfolio

Platform vendors and integrators tend to be strong north of the network and thin south of it. The pattern repeats across almost every partner conversation we have:

  • Assurance platforms consume KPIs; something has to generate them. Protocol-level probes are a specialist engineering discipline that is hard to justify building in-house for one product line.
  • MVNE platforms are complete on the BSS side and incomplete on the network side. Messaging core, RCS, entitlement and A2P get referred out, and the margin leaves with them.
  • Network API monetisation needs southbound adapters. The catalogue, partner management and settlement layer is the easy half.
  • Transformation programmes hit legacy protocol work. SS7, CAMEL, IN and Diameter migration is where schedules slip.

Each of those is something we already have in production. None of them is something we would ever sell as a competing platform.

Three ready-made joint offers

Packaged so that a partner can take them to an account without a design phase.

Protocol telemetry for autonomous networks

  • You bring: assurance, analytics, closed-loop automation
  • We bring: ProBee probes generating protocol-level PX
  • Interfaces: Prometheus, Kafka, SNMP, TM Forum-aligned REST
  • Pitch: your closed loop finally has a signal specific enough to act on without a human

Full-stack network APIs for Tier-2 and MVNE

  • You bring: API catalogue, partner management, monetisation
  • We bring: CAMARA southbound adapters plus TS.43 entitlement
  • Interfaces: CAMARA-conformant REST between the two layers
  • Pitch: a complete Open Gateway offer within a quarter, without building network adapters

The MVNE network layer

  • You bring: the MVNE/MVNO BSS and the customer
  • We bring: multi-tenant SMSC, MMSC, RCS, RBM and entitlement
  • Interfaces: REST provisioning driven from your BSS
  • Pitch: stop referring the network layer out; keep the deal and the margin

Commercial and support model

DimensionHow it worksWhy it is structured that way
Route to marketResale, white-label or referral. You choose per account. We have no interest in owning your customer relationship.
BrandingFull white-label: dashboards, documentation, alarm dictionaries.Your platform should look like your platform.
PricingOPEX subscription with partner margin, or fixed-price project. It has to fit inside the commercial model you already sell.
SupportL1 and L2 with you. L3 protocol escalation with Mobees, under SLA.You keep the relationship; we keep the part only we can do.
IP and continuitySource-code escrow offered as standard. Clean IP, documented products, business-continuity plan on request. You should be able to pass a supplier due-diligence review on our behalf.
ExclusivityNone. Preferred-partner status by region is available.Exclusivity protects nobody when one side is fifteen people.
First stepOne paid pilot at one shared account, six weeks, agreed success criteria.Every partnership that has worked started this way; the ones that started with a framework agreement did not.

Small vendor, answered in advance

We know exactly which questions a large partner’s procurement and risk functions will ask about a fifteen-person supplier, so the answers are prepared before the first meeting.

  • Company fact sheet, ownership and financial standing
  • Team CVs and the named engineers who would work on your account
  • Written reference letters from operator customers
  • GDPR posture, data-processing terms and security practices
  • Product roadmap with committed and candidate items separated
  • Business-continuity plan and key-person risk mitigation
  • Source-code escrow terms, ready to sign

Small enough to move fast. Proven enough to run at Deutsche Telekom. Both halves of that sentence matter, and we do not ask you to take either on faith.

One pilot, one account, six weeks.

That is the whole ask. If it works, we talk about a catalogue entry. If it does not, you have lost six weeks and we have lost more.
