A long and complex finish

Domaine du Monteillet, Petit Viognier 2023 Scottish François Lurton was the firstVintage 2023 Size 75cl ABV 13% Tasting Note As good an example of Viognier as you'll find outside of Condrieu. Hugely appealing citrus, luscious apricot compote and baking spices with a touch of vanilla. Generous on the palate with plenty of fresh cut apricot fruit, althought this is met by a pleasing Northern Rhone mineral edge that adds interest and complexity. Moderate acidity and a slight pithiness on the finish makes this a delight to drink
