This dessert is called bingsu, and it is characterized by shaved ice alongside toppings that include beans, syrups, and even various fruits. This refreshing dessert makes for an amazing perfume when used with a natural smelling melon note. This is what we have done with our new original creation, which is called Melon Bingsu!
