Lulu Vigneron 'bb1' 2021 Rioja tart stone fruitThe Wine This is Ludwig Bindernagel's inaugural wine (BB1 = baby one), a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Savagnin made in an ouill (topped up, non oxidative) style. Vines are from southern exposed sited in Poligny and Arlay. The wine is matured in old barrels for 17 months before bottling and barrels are topped the whole time.
