Collar and cuffs are made of blue moir silk and decorated with rabbit fur. Appliqud cord decoration on the back. Wide belt that fastens with press studs; decorated with ball studs (one button missing). In the lower third, the velvet is replaced by a black silk ottoman pendant skirt. A blue ribbon also marks the transition. The inside is lined with blue
