Crushed Velvet Tall Hat - Black Plain plumes The hat is heavy dutyThis early Elizabethan noble's hat is built with a plastic crown and laminated cardboard. The brim is 2" wide and the crown is 5" tall. Trims will vary but will always be pretty! Some hats will have a some rooster feathers or some ostrich fluff but mostly they are plain, ready for added plumage. Custom hats are possible.
