4mm hardboard is the original thickness and all necessary door panel clip holes

The panel is completely sealed as there is a clear plastic sheet on the rear of the panel which is sealed to the PVC when the front is welded to creat the simulated weld lines

We then had made the remaining tools and we manufacture these carpet sets in house now
