The item weighs approx. 4. 72g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't stamped hallmarked, it tests for high grade silver (800+). The cameo has an age line running through it on one side and a small chip on the other (see picture video). I've reduced the price accordingly.
