This has aromas of blueberry ice cream, very bright and pretty. The palate has the sweetness up front then evolves into a super rich, dark berry note. There is an occasional sweet fruit nudge coming through but the palate is really lovely and savoury. Producer Based in Banyuls sur Mer, the Cave de l'Abb Rous produces and markets a fine range of AOC Collioure and
